Fall into season with pumpkin chili
During last year's pumpkin famine (or something like that), when canned pumpkin became hard to find because of a poor crop, I stocked up every time I spotted pumpkin on the shelves. I may have purchased a little too much, and two 29-ounce cans of pumpkin somehow made it to this year without being used. Now as canned pumpkin is hitting the shelves again (without limits this year), I'm finally in the mood to eat it again.
